3.3. Chrome Extension

Our Chrome extension “PromptIn” does not process personal data unless you actively enter such data (e.g. in the form of prompts). These data are stored exclusively locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. 4. Disclosure of Data

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to comply with legal obligations or you have expressly consented. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA) has access to the server log files mentioned above, but is contractually obliged to comply with the GDPR (order processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR).
